Our company treats employees equally, we formulate employee hiring, benefits, salaries, pensions, parental leave and other employee-related regulations in accordance with Labor Standards Act and other laws, salary includes base salary, year-end bonus, three-month bonus, birthday bonus and performance bonus, etc., benefits including labor health insurance and retirement pension, and doesn’t treated employees differently in term of race, gender, religion, political party, etc.

聯友金屬針對員工教訓訓練依據員工的職位、類別不同而歸於不同層面的知識與技能提升工作效率與品質,並且有效運用與開發人力資源,促使我們的員工在職場上獲得進 一步的成長與企業發展目標相結合。在員工類別的員工,公司亦採取不同的訓練計劃,例如現場人員一共有10名,每名員工共參與高達162小時的教育訓練,平均員工接受訓練的時數為13.33小時。按性別區分方面,在2020年一共有9名男性與1名女生參與員工教育訓練。 此外,公司為了讓員工能安心參與教育訓練,一切教育訓練相關支出與費用由公司給付,並且讓員工帶薪參與教育訓練,以利員工全身心安心投入職場生涯,無後顧之憂,專注自身的職涯發展,加深對企業的肯定。
